The Philosophy:

The USA2Holland internship program is student-driven. The student defines the objectives, works with the potential host organization to get accepted, and ensures that the project aligns with the student's higher education plan. The internship must be mutually beneficial to both the student and the host company.

In addition, it is expected that the student will function as an informal ambassador of the U.S. and conduct themselves with the appropriate attitude and behavior commensurate with the opportunity they have been given.

What Success Looks Like:

The successful completion of this program is a win for everyone! Dutch-American relations are enhanced. The host company or organization gets a strong advocate and recognition as a supporter of transformational experiences for motivated students. The intern gets a major career jump-start and a life-changing adventure that will broaden perspective in ways they could not have anticipated.

This adventure is not right for every American student, but it might be right for you! You will be working and learning at the finest institutions, exposing yourself to new ideas, pathways, and people. If you are ready to see how far you can go and how successful you can become, we are ready to get you there. Please apply!

Space is available, but time is of the essence!

Rolling application deadlines (June 1 and December 1) mean there are always upcoming opportunities.
