Caroliene Hermans

Caroliene Hermans has been with the NAF since 2024 as the Executive Director. Previously, she served as Manager of Care & Operations at a hospital in The Netherlands, where she led a team responsible for the surgical departments and operating rooms. Before her managerial role, she had over 10 years of experience working for the Dutch government.
Caroliene was born and raised in The Netherlands and holds a master’s degree in public administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
