Ditch the Mask! How to Stop Avoiding and Resisting, and Show Up as You Are

In this webinar, Dr. Sjaña Holloway shares insights from her book on a theme she sees across nearly every client: the growing need to live more authentically in everyday life.

Through a psychological lens, she explores three themes — Awakening the Self, Healing the Heart, and Living Authentically — offering a practical framework for recognizing where we as individuals stand on that path.

Join us October 8 at 9:00 am PT/12:00 pm ET/6:00 pm CET for this insightful webinar!

Dr. Sjaña Holloway is a consulting psychologist and industrial engineer who advises C-suite M&A teams, creative institutes and global institutions on human performance and organizational dynamics, bringing a deeply human approach to leadership in a time when emotional clarity is essential. Her clinical and international work bridges science and self-discovery, helping individuals and organizations uncover their most authentic selves and build smarter, more adaptive teams in an age of constant change. In her book, Ditch the Mask! How to Stop Avoiding and Resisting, and Show Up as You Are,  she explores how unmasking and staying rooted in authenticity can guide us toward deeper purpose and resilience — positioning human intelligence as the true differentiator in an era shaped by AI and the attention economy. She is also the chair of the NAF Alumni Committee and has been involved with the NAF for many years.
