Ms. Krueger is a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and currently leads the firm’s Healthcare business in EMEAI and its Global Pharma Board and CEO practice. With more than 20 years of experience working across the global healthcare ecosystem, Dana plays a key role in leading the firm’s board and CEO work, bringing particular insight and expertise in the biopharmaceutical industry. With her passion for science and innovation, she also has deep experience working with companies across sectors on their senior R&D leadership issues.

Previously, Dana held roles on the firm’s Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team, led the Global Healthcare Sector, and Chaired the Learning & Development Committee.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Dana was a global account manager and key member of the European life sciences practice at the Monitor Group (now part of Deloitte).

Earlier in her career, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University and a Fulbright fellow at the University of Sydney.Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, summa cum laude, from Lawrence University and AM and PhD degrees in Biology from Harvard University.

Dana is based in Amsterdam and is a dual citizen of the US and the Netherlands. In her free time, you can find her walking in nature with her two labrador retrievers, traveling, or cooking for her family of five.
