The Netherland-America Foundation, Southern California Chapter
has opportunities for team players with entrepreneurial spirit, ready to make a difference.
Founded by visionary leaders in 1921, the NAF is the leading bilateral foundation promoting high- impact exchanges between the Netherlands and the United States.
Building on the enduring heritage and values shared between the peoples of the Netherlands and the United States, the Netherland-America Foundation (NAF) seeks to further strengthen the bonds between our two countries through exchange in the arts, sciences, education, business and public affairs.
The NAF has been a volunteer-driven organization since its founding, depending on the expertise and time of its volunteer committee members. The NAF cannot succeed — or keep its administrative expenses low — without these volunteers.
Volunteers are typically engaged to serve on one of the NAF’s many committees for periods of a least one year. Committee chairs make the final selection of members to serve on their committees
Many of our members are businesses and people involved in Dutch & American commerce or those who are very interested in both countries, products and culture. Professional and personal contacts are reinforced by events and seminars for our members.
– Networking events: connect with American & Dutch entrepreneurs – Opportunities for growth (professionally and individually)
– Access to resources (call on other members/experts for advice)
– Community involvement (give back to your area)
– Camaraderie (a place to troubleshoot and cheer each other on)
