Gifts and Bequests

The NAF depends on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations.

There are many ways to give, whether on your own behalf or in honor or memory of a friend or loved one:

PLEDGES
If you prefer to pledge at the beginning of the year and pay off your annual pledge in installments, we ask that you fulfill your pledge by the close of our fiscal year on December 31. Pledges for planned gifts and special campaigns can be paid off over several years but require a payment schedule by letter of agreement.

MATCHING GIFTS AND COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER GRANTS
You, or your spouse, can double or triple your original contribution if you are employees of a company that has a matching gift program. Also, some companies have a The NAF depends on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations.

GIFTS OF SECURITIES
Gifts of securities are always accepted and valued. They may offer substantial advantages to the donor. For information on how you can transfer stock, please call the NAF office at (212) 825-1221.

BEQUESTS
Please contact us if you plan to leave a gift to the NAF in your will.

PLANNED GIVING
There are several ways to make a planned gift to the NAF and accrue the tax benefits of charitable giving. The NAF welcomes the opportunity to review optional planned giving approaches with you.
