Invitation Holland on the Hill Heineken Award & Lecture
May 15 – 8.30-10.00 a.m.
Cannon Caucus Room

Are you one of the two billion people around the world that enjoy beloved brands such as Ben & Jerry’s, Dove, Lipton and Suave daily? You may not even realize it, but there is one company behind these and more than 400 other brands of home, personal care and food products: the consumer goods company Unilever, headed by Dutchman Paul Polman.

Unilever not only supplies us with their wide variety of products, they also aim to do so in a sustainable way. When Paul Polman started as CEO of Unilever in 2009, he introduced the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, aimed at reducing the company’s environmental footprint and increasing its positive social impact.

Mr. Polman will receive the “Holland on the Hill Heineken Award” to honor his efforts towards creating a more sustainable business environment and his entrepreneurial endeavors in both the Netherlands and the United States. At the event, he will give a lecture on sustainable growth and transformational change in the business, followed by a discussion moderated by Diane Brady.

We hope to see you at this special breakfast lecture on
Friday May 15th at 8.30-10.00 am in the Cannon Caucus Room.
