We will be visiting Tea Forté, which markets a luxury tea brand that is part is of the global coffee and tea company D.E. Master Blenders 1753. This Netherlands-based mulinational is also the home of familiar brands like Douwe Egberts, Pickwick Tea, Senseo and Moccona.

Jan Hoorntje, the Dutch CEO of Tea Forté, invites you to their Concord headquarters, where he will tell you how Douwe Egberts through many mergers and acquisitions became the company it is now, and tell you about Tea Forté’s business, show their operations, and give an opportunity to taste their teas.

There is plenty of parking near the event location. Tea Forté can also easily be reached by public transportation. It is only a three minutes walk from the West Concord Commuter Rail station on the Fitchburg line.
