The last few years many innovative companies have been started in the Netherlands. This has resulted in a new challenge for the Dutch innovation ecosystem to help the new companies “scale up” and grow big and strong.
To address this challenge, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) has selected ten promising scale-ups that already have substantial revenues in the Netherlands and Europe through the XploreUS contest that ran through the summer. The ten winners will come to Kendall Square on October 30 to participate in the intensive 2-week kTeams Program, an MIT spin-off program. kTeams will provide expert workshops and mentoring to help the companies optimize their US strategy, and introduce them to potential investors, partners and customers in the personal networks of the organizers.
This borrel is intended to give the companies the opportunity to network over a drink and food with local Dutch entrepreneurs, students and researchers and their American friends.
Come and share your experiences and adventures in Boston with these visiting entrepreneurs, while you will also get the opportunity to meet interesting local Dutch people .
You will need a government-issued photo ID to enter the building.
